Skottie Young’s Marvel NOW! Baby Variant Covers
Following the success of the Avengers Vs X-Men baby variant cover comissioned by Midtown Comics and the A Babies Vs X-Babies comic that inspired these covers, Marvel has Skottie Young doing Baby variant covers for all of the new Marvel now titles. Marvel will probably run these into the ground like they did with the Marvel Zombies franchise, but goddamn, look at how amazing Skottie Young’s art is. I’m not even really a Deadpool fan but that Baby Deadpool cover is adorable.

Iron Man - Mark VIII // by Marvel Studios (2012)
It was revealed in SDCC the new suit of armor that Tony will don in Iron Man 3. Mark VIII is here and it looks a lot like the current extremis-powered armor seen in comic books (but a lot more golden). What do you think of this new suit? I believe it needs a little more of work…
I would have to be in agreement with comicsforever, it needs a little more work. I would suggest adding some crimson to the chestplate, abdomen, shoulders, and the lower legs. Still not quite sold on the “fleshy” gold color, but it does make sense with the storyline. That is if they are indeed going the Extremis route.
